Hi, I'm Nicole!  Fitness instructor, community builder and the heart behind The Dancery.  I created this space with a vision...to bring Fort McMurray something different.  After renting out just about every school gym and studio in town for my classes since 2009, I wanted to create a welcoming and moody space that also feels like home.  Then I thought...why not create something even bigger?

 

What began as a home for my dance fitness classes has grown into a versatile space for celebrations, corporate gatherings, workshops and collaborations.  The Dancery’s moody black walls, lush greenery and cozy lounge areas, create a setting that’s as beautiful as it is flexible. With 3,000 sq. ft. to work with, the space can easily transform from an intimate dinner to a high-energy party.  The Dancery is a fully private, licensed event venue that feels both elegant and unforgettable.

 

Beyond rentals, The Dancery is alive with energy year-round.  From my signature "DRIP" dance fitness classes that blend music, movement, and community...to events designed to bring people together.

We are fully licensed with AGLC!  That means so much less stress on your end when adding the bar option to your event.  No worrying about applying for permits or figuring out what you need for the bar!  We are fully stocked and accept all forms of payment.  We also have an ATM on-site.
